When you make a reservation through our website, we collect the following information:

If you join our VIP Club through the pop-up on this site, we collect only your email address, together with the date and the page you signed up from. Joining is optional and takes effect only when you tick the consent box.

We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or any other sensitive financial or identity data through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Confirm and manage your reservation
• Send you a booking confirmation email
• Contact you if there are any changes or issues with your reservation
• Improve our service and guest experience

We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your reservation data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. Data is stored on servers in the United States.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

A copy of each reservation is also written to a private Google Sheets spreadsheet that only the restaurant can open, so staff can see bookings without signing in to the admin panel. VIP Club email addresses live in that same spreadsheet and are not kept in the database at all.

4. Email Communications

By submitting a reservation, you may receive transactional emails related to your booking — such as a confirmation email when your reservation is confirmed. These are not marketing emails and are sent only in connection with your reservation.

Transactional emails are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a third-party email service provider. We share only the information necessary to deliver those emails.

Separately, if you opt in to the VIP Club, you will receive marketing emails such as coupons, news and offers. You gave explicit consent by ticking the box, and you can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email, or by contacting us.

5. Cookies

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We may use essential cookies necessary for the site to function properly.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure
• Brevo — transactional email delivery
• Lovable — website hosting
• Cloudinary — image hosting
• Google — a copy of reservations and VIP Club signups is kept in Google Sheets

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data practices. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.
